Be a Community Partner of PAWS Humane
We depend on the support and generosity of the community, and we are grateful for anything you can do to help us care for Columbus’s sick, injured, and homeless animals.
Though fundraising is critical to the continued success of our life saving programs, there are many other ways you can also help. To become a shelter partner, email firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about various opportunities.

To promote the human-animal bond and reduce the chance of adopted animals being surrendered to shelters, Pets for Patriots provides veterans with various benefits to make pet guardianship more affordable over the life of the pet, including ‘welcome home’ contributions for pet food and other essentials, access to high-quality, discounted veterinary care, and discounts on a range of pet-related goods and services.
CorePaws and PAWS Humane are partnering to feature the hardest to adopt homeless animals on the CorePaws website. These animals tend to be overlooked, but not today – not by our standards. Every hard-to-place animal has the right family out there, and CorePaws mission is to help us find them. CorePaws is a 501c3 non-profit website with the mission to help shelters across the nation find loving homes for their harder-to-place animals.

In 2011, tails were wagging everywhere when Cathy Bissell founded BISSELL Pet Foundation (BPF) as a natural extension of her love for animals and her commitment to their welfare. The foundation’s goal is to help reduce the number of animals in shelters and rescues, and to find a loving home for every pet. With the help of their generous supporters, BPF has awarded millions of dollars to their growing partner network of animal welfare organizations and has impacted the lives of an incalculable number of pets.
